G McMahon Building & Roofing services replaced an entire roof and overhauled a Dormer in Pelham Road, Wallasey.The property originally had a slate roof which was replaced with heavier tiles and so the roof needed to be strengthened to support the extra weight.
A dry ridge system was also installed onto the roof and the chimney stack was repointed. Lead flashings were used to reduce the effects of weathering on the stack and around the Dormer
After the roof was strengthened the roof was tiled the Dormer roof had new plywood boards fitted with three layers of 350 polyester felt.
New fascia boards were fitted with grp edging.
